LIVE.LOVE.ASAP is mostly known for its trippy and psychedelic production from the likes of producers Clams Casino and SpaceGhostPurrp, along with Rocky’s charismatic/swaggy rapping and lyrics relating to drug use and living a hedonistic lifestyle. The mixtape was heavily promoted with two singles, “Peso” and “Purple Swag,” both of which garnered Rocky heavy mainstream attention and the latter of which caused a bidding war over Rocky to ensue, with the rapper eventually scoring a $3 million deal with Polo Grounds Music, an imprint of RCA.
